Canvas & cotton bags
Shopping totes, everyday totes, drawstring bags and cosmetic pouches in cotton, canvas and jute.
Tote bags, handbags, backpacks and functional bags, produced to your design and shipped to your door. You bring the style and the quantity — we handle sampling, production, inspection and export paperwork.
Every line is available for private label: your logo, your colour, your hardware, your packaging. Existing patterns can be modified, so you pay tooling only where tooling is genuinely required — woven labels, embossed moulds and custom zip pullers.
Shopping totes, everyday totes, drawstring bags and cosmetic pouches in cotton, canvas and jute.
Shoulder bags, crossbody bags, structured totes and mini bags for retail and wholesale programmes.
Laptop backpacks, daypacks, school bags and travel bags with padded compartments and ergonomic straps.
Cooler bags, insulated lunch bags, toiletry bags, tool bags and storage organisers.
Sampling and production are separate lead times. Quoting them as one number is the most common planning mistake in a bag programme, and the one that costs a selling season.
Send a sketch, a reference photo, a competitor sample or just a target price. We come back with material options and a firm quote.
A pre-production sample built to your specification. The sample fee is credited against the bulk order.
Production begins on sample approval and deposit. Your label, your hardware, your packaging.
Multi-stage QC before packing, then FOB, CIF or DDP — whichever suits your customs setup.
Indicative FOB pricing at a 300–500 piece order. Private label sits at the lower half of each band because the pattern is shared; full OEM development sits at the upper half because you are paying for development and first-run yield.

Return orders against an existing pattern and die drop to 300 pcs. One-off branding setup: embossed logo mould USD 80–200, custom woven label USD 30–80. Payment terms T/T 30% deposit / 70% before shipment; L/C at sight on container orders.
Compliance is where cross-border bag programmes stall. Since December 2024 the EU requires an EU-based Responsible Person before a product can legally be placed on the market, and the requirement extends to the online product page itself.
Azo colourants releasing aromatic amines in textiles, phthalates in plastic sheeting, and nickel release from metal hardware. Accredited lab reports available on request.
Regulation (EU) 2023/988. Technical file retained for 10 years, batch-level traceability, multilingual labelling, and manufacturer details displayed on the product page.
Children's bags require CPSIA testing and tracking labels. Bags shipping to California need a Proposition 65 evaluation.
OEKO-TEX certified fabric options, BSCI audit reports and ISO 9001 factory documentation. Material composition declarations for origin labelling.
The standard private label minimum is 300 pieces per style and colour. Return orders against an existing pattern, die and colour reference can go lower. Setup items carry their own minimums — woven labels typically 500–1,000 pieces, embossed moulds a one-off cost — so consolidating styles into one order usually lowers your effective unit cost.
Sampling runs 7–15 working days depending on complexity. Bulk production runs 35–50 days from sample approval and deposit, falling to around 30 days in the low season. Freight runs after that. Quote the two clocks separately or you will plan the wrong delivery date.
Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit with the order and 70% before shipment. Letter of credit at sight is available on container orders. FOB is the default Incoterm, with EXW, CIF and DDP available on request.
Yes. We provide test reports covering azo colourants and phthalates under REACH, material composition declarations, and the product and batch information your EU Responsible Person needs to build the GPSR technical file. See the compliance guide for what each market requires.
Yes. Most customers place a first order of 300–500 pieces to test a design in market. A three-hundred piece run at a slightly higher unit cost is a better decision than a thousand-piece commitment on an unproven style.
Duty depends on the destination and on the bag's outer surface material. The same silhouette can clear at 3.7% or 9.7% into the EU depending on whether the outer surface is textile or PU. Use the landed cost calculator to model the full picture before you commit to a retail price.
We reply within 48 hours with material options, a firm quote and a sampling timeline.
